just having a look at the new timetable in a bit of detail
from 1600-1659 there are 8 trains southbound from Pearse - 2 Bray, 2 Greystones, 1 Wexford and 3 (!) Dun Laoghaire
from 1700-1759 there are only 5 southbound trains and the same from 1800-1859 - the difference being that there are no Dun Laoghaire terminating Darts after 1700.
So why do they run 3 extra Darts before the rush hour really starts, and then no extra during the actual rush hour? This is not a hypothetical question, I'd really like to know if there's some reasoning behind it (even if its just driver shift-patterns etc).
