Not correct, I'm afraid, Jack. Section 3 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 defines:

Quote:
"public place" means any street, road or other place to which the public have access with vehicles whether as of right or by permission and whether subject to or free of charge
and dangerous parking (s55, RTA 1961) is defined in respect of a public place, not "private property" or anything else.
