While a wet day in November might be representative of morning and evening peak commuter demand, it is not representative of usage generally and grossly undestimates mainline usage.
Perhaps the best example of this is Fota, which apparently served 19 passengers. I've seen twice that number get off a single train on a sunny Sunday in July.
