If there is no way to buy a ticket before boarding there is no risk of a penalty fare, long term they should all get TVM's.
Is there any reason why Little island has lost its TVM.

Also, we now have the crazy situation whereby IR has brought in pay parking at Little Island station with the result that everyone has decamped to the recycling site beside the IR carpark !
