Cork has done everything by the book and got F**k all over the years. They built a ring road that worked with one bad bit...(Kinsale Road Roundabout) and grade seperated it without any fuss or ****e talk from some TD or enviromental warrior. Driving in and around Cork is like a UK experience.
They planned for a reopening of the midleton line and wait 10 + years. The WRC got the blessing of the Virgin Mary apparently and is more of an apparition. I bet Ennis-Athenry happens before Midleton.
