Yes, but the root of the problem is restrictive planning, zoning and infrastructure within 20lm of Dublin city centre which has strangled housing supply and lead to such a huge price differential between Dublin and places 50km or more away. Better address the causes of the problem (planning and investment failures in greater Dublin) rather than promoting more individually stressful and socially wasteful commutes.
