Services resuming following earlier disruption due to Bus Éireann dispute

Iarnród Éireann advises customers that due to secondary picketing associated with the Bus Éireann dispute at a number of locations, there has been extensive disruption to rail services this morning.

Services are now resuming. We will update this page and Twitter with the latest information.

We apologise to customers for the inconvenience caused.

Current service arrangements

Some services are now resuming. Full information for each route below.

DART - DART services are resuming -expect knock-on delays/cancellations until lunchtime.

Maynooth - Maynooth/M3 services will resume with 11.00hrs Connolly to Maynooth and 11.43 Maynooth to Pearse - expect knock-on delays/cancellations until lunchtime.

Drogheda - Services are resuming -expect knock-on delays/cancellations until lunchtime.

Portlaoise/Kildare Commuter - Services resuming with 12.20 Portlaoise to Heuston.

Sligo/Longford - 11.00hrs Sligo to Connolly will operate, 11.05 Connolly to Sligo will operate with 20 minute delay, further update on other services shortly.

Cork commuter - Cobh and Midleton services resuming from 11.00hrs.

Cork/Dublin - Service are now resuming with first service 11.00hrs Dublin/Cork and 11.20 Cork/Dublin. 12.00hrs Dublin to Cork is cancelled, full service resumes thereafter.

Tralee to Mallow/Cork/Dublin - services resuming with 11.05 Tralee to Mallow

Limerick/Dublin - services resuming with 11.45 Limerick to Limerick Junction

Limerick/Galway - services resuming with 12.30 Limerick to Ennis and 13.45 Galway to Limerick

Westport/Dublin - services resuming with 13.10 Westport to Dublin. 12.45 Dublin to Westport may be cancelled, awaiting update

Waterford/Dublin Heuston - 10.15hrs Heuston to Waterford service will operate, 11.00 Waterford to Heuston cancelled, other services will operate thereafter.

Galway/Heuston - 09.25hrs Heuston to Galway has departed at 09.50, services from Galway to Heuston will resume with 13.05 Galway to Heuston

Rosslare/Gorey/Dublin Connolly - services resuming with 12.55 Rosslare to Connolly and 13.36 Connolly to Rosslare

Belfast/Dublin Connolly - Enterprise services have resumed. Customers on the 10.35 Belfast to Connolly will change trains at Dundalk.

Waterford/Limerick Junction - evening services will operate.

Limerick/Nenagh via Ballybrophy - evening services will operate.
