I could be wrong but I don't think you can reserve spaces for bikes on the enterprise. Irish Rail only sell 1 coach online. Bikes are stored in the DVT which isn't available to book however there should not be an issue taking a bike once you turn up early to the station.

It's the same with Mark 4 services but they allow you to select your seat and bike in coach C but its stored in the DVT. They allow 5 bikes.
