I could say some things about that particular Centra from past experience, but they'd be libel.
Anyway, I don't blame the shops for this- I blame the powers that be launching Leap without the ability to top up at Irish Rail stations. There should be no need for rail passengers to be walking down Westland Row away from the rail station itself to pay for rail journeys and creating this issue. Madness.
