That because it is still allowing up to 20 minutes for the Kildare Route Project and the normal contingency time at the end of a route.

Over the last week with a reduced schedule, reasonable weather, low passenger numbers and Dun Laoghaire-Bray closed, there have been fewer things that could go wrong and most trains have been on time.
