Dont know why i was thinking about Father Ted whilst watching Oireachtas Report last night.

To be fair to Cullen, in the dail he seems to be well capable of talking off the cuff, without reading out a bloody essay someone in the department wrote and he're more than a match for the opppoisition spokespeople, you get the impression he really enjoys that sort of stuff. I'm wondering how come he lets CIE away with so much rubbish. Maybe he's just plain not interested.
