We would like to advise all passengers that LUAS services on the Greenline have been restored. We are expecting delays up to 14.30pm. We apologise to any passengers affected by this disruption.

(c) Why is the time shown in variable locations? Once in the URL, once in the heading and once in main text?
(d) Why can't they put the most recent / most relevant notice first?
(e) What time is 14.30pm?
