NIR did this with their new railcar fleet. IE didnt. Now, I cant engage in half truths or lies but I understand that those who have been on both 29K and the 3CK NIR train prefer the latter.

Forget the LUAS. What you really want to be consulted on is the trams for Metro West.

Well, I say trams. They should be trains. Well, I say Metro. But I really mean LUAS.
