We'll pay for converting Dublin-Cork Mk3s to Enterprise, buy DVTs for the DDs and introduce clockfacing. When we replace the DDs and Mk3s we'll go 66:33 rather than 50:50"
I think the need (for Kyoto reasons among others) will outweigh the financial advantages of waiting for translink to match pound for euro (so to speak).
