Default [10-7-2007] 19:30 Bray Howth

The 19:30 Bray Howth failed in Bray well about 160m from the platform, we rolled out then two nasty lurches and we stopped and sat there

It took 12 minutes for the first pa, a further 9 minutes for the second one and 8 further minutes before we found ourselves rolling back to Bray

Totally appalling the fact was 3 staff knew the train had a serious defect before it left, I witnessed them make a balls of it and I think they forgot to turn a certain control lever which resulted in the failure.

Three snaps of interest

1. The wall of people making the change to P2

2. A spare train wasn't used, a incoming train was used, note it had the wrong destination on the front from its previous trip

3. And the proof someone got it wrong, the rear 4 coaches think they are uncoupled
