Put it this way if the line was flooded in Greystones a good part of the village would be underwater, no reports of that, the only point of risk is just south of the station at the car park but you don't need that section to run a DART service. Of course the line is 15 foot higher than the car park. Kilcoole now I'd understand
Bear in mind the Gorey train runs empty in the morning, ok it only got as far as Wicklow before starting for Dublin so the line must have been clear at 7:15 for it to reach Wicklow in time to leave at 7:32 so the 7:30 DART could have run ontime even if it was still in Bray at 7:15
I travelled by DART a few years ago in flood conditions all you could see outside was water and the tops of the rails, still got there all the same
