Default [27-11-2006] Greystones and Gorey Services

There was flooding in Greystones this morning, given the line is well above sea level it doesn't add up

No notice on IE site at 8am or 8:15 but AA have this

Quote:
*RAIL* All Irish Rail services on the Rosslare to Dublin line have resumed. The 6:45am Gorey train left from Wicklow at 7:32am.
*DART* All DART services between Greystones and Bray have resumed with the first scheduled service leaving Greystones at 8:05am and further services are expected to run on time.
The Gorey train in fact left Wicklow 2 minutes early...

This is the IE statement

Quote:
Bray-Greystones DART resumes by Corporate Communications

Mon 27th November - UPDATE 7.45hrs

DART services between Bray and Greystones have resumed following earlier heavy flooding on the line.

All services are now operating normally. Rosslare Intercity services are also operating normally. This morning's 06.45hrs Gorey to Dublin commuter service commenced from Wicklow.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused.
