The onl saving grace as far as the RPA will be concerned is that
if the fault lies entirely with those blocks (or more particularly with the corkelast material under them) then the fact is that (luckily) much of the line runs through non-residential areas like Cookstown Industrial Estate, Belgard, Embankment Road (sort of), Naas Road and along the canal (for the most part).
The RPA do have many questions to answer as do the original contractor. You're right Derek-this one we can't blame CIE on!
