Well the bus seems like your only option now as the Dublin-Galway services are all operated by 22ks. Still there is nothing wrong with them. Does it really matter?

100% agreed. Earth to Irish Rail. The 29K commuter trains actually have the word "commuter" on them. These trains should only be used for Dublin-Maynooth services

I very sure they stopped selling alcohol on these trains but that's totally disgracful those teenagners should have been removed off the train by the ticket inspector and repored thm to the gardai

I would love to see that but it's very unlikely. But if so it would really be useful for Sligo IT students who live in towns like Boyle & Longford to commute to Sligo instead of having to live in...
