Both the IE and DB sites are terribly programmed, and to the trained eye it seems like a hodgepodge job was made of the site whilst being the most expensive option.

The 201's (expertly bought by 'experts' and then misused by 'experts') could throw a spanner into the CDE sets. The Mk4 should possibly have been built for 071-compatible operation too (i gather...

The Mk3 push-pull set would be a good idea but is not air conditioned, so might be a rude awakening to regular commuters. In the winter time it probably wouldn't matter too much.

LUAS seems to not always make the "Next Stop" announcement. Noticed it a lot recently on the green line. Station announcements work fine.

They could try the Craven coaches with an 071 loco, then the driver's security risk is nil and it really doesn't matter if someone smashes up the place ;)

RA: 47 up / 27 down / 13,11,9 Standing
RV: 47 up / 27 down / 9 Standing

all of these are substantially...

I was shocked that it took me no time to buy my ticket from Dublin to Cork, yet it probably took me more than 30 seconds to buy my ticket on the two LUASes I took to get there.

The DMU's are a travesty. They're good for runs like Celbridge or even Dundalk. But compared to the Mk3's they lose. They are loud (since they're a bus diesel engine and an automatic transmission)...
