Platform 11 AGM
 

Notice is herby given, in due accordance to the proposed Platform 11 constitution (members section of board) of the intention at this time to hold an annual general meeting

The meeting is open to members of Platform 11, membership will be available at the door, for details http://www.platform11.org/get_involved/

The annual general meeting will be held Dublin city on the afternoon of Saturday June 17th. 2pm is the planned start at this time

We are happy to announce that Mr Tom O'Reilly, Transport Planning Manager of the Railway Procurement Agency will be giving a presentation at this meeting.

It promises to be interesting

The minutes from last years AGM have been posted on the members board for members, at the moment the agenda is being finalised

15-20 minutes talk from 3 or 4 speakers, one of whom may be from the RPA

3:30pm EGM
Approve minutes from AGM last year
Vote on consititution

3:40pm AGM
Approve minutes from EGM (hence consitution becomes valid)
Reports from outgoing committee
Vote on committee positions
Any Other Business
