Query
hi there, great site,
just wondering does anyone know how the people who are already on the maynooth train when it comes into pearse get on it? i know a few trains stop at grand canal dock etc but others that dont stop there seem to appear out of nowehere with people on them!! WHERE DO THEY GET ON!!!?? |
Most people have got off by Pearse, you may have to stand to Lansdowne Rd but there after you should have a seat
In the evenings several trains start in Bray, there are still seats available leaving Lansdowne Rd |
There used to be some trains in the morning which ran through from Bray to Maynooth. I can't find them on the timetable but perhaps that's the train you're seeing?

haha re-reading my post it actually isn't what i meant!!
i'm refering to the trains that start at pearse in the eveing e.g 16:34 etc. even though they are only timetabled to start there are always people on them. i know the 15:54 pearse starts in bray so you can catch it at grand canal etc but where do the other trains start? sometimes if i'm early i pop back to grand canal on a dart and hop on the 15:54 train but one day i did the same thing for the 16:34 train and soon realised it didnt start earlier. on my way back into pearse on a dart we passed one train in the layby before the station and there was no-one on it and it was going to drohegda. 5 mins later when the train for maynooth came in it had people on it and i was like where did you guys get on!! i hope this makes sense to people ho read it! thanks in advance for any replies |
16:34 Pearse Maynooth originates in Gorey
