Is that an official announcement of better than average punctuality?

30% of DARTs up to 10 minutes late

I've been trying to include the % as the delays can be highly variable. Its rare that every train is on time or that when there are delays, that the delays are all of the same time. The pattern on DART recently has been 50-80% of trains more or less on time (within 5 minutes) and then the rest can be very variable in the amount of time they are late.

Its impractical to give a complete copy of the RaalTime train information - people can just go to irishrail.ie for that, but we can highlight the pattern of disruption.

Is it the same dart's which are late and something could be done with them

There are patterns in the delays and the triggers have been communicated to Irish Rail

It tends to be non DART services causing trouble which has a knock on effect.
