Annual Luas tickets used to be valid on night Luas; is this a change or an oversight I wonder?

Last year, this was cut to out of the city centre only.

Just to confirm again, annual tickets are valid

8pm on the 24th to 9am on the 26th... *shakes head*

Is it likely that any tricky maintenance will be done in that 37 hour window at least?
